the Slums (Residential... sort of)

A beaten, broke-down housing complex for beaten, broke-down people. There are a scatter of derelict quads surrounding what was once a lovely courtyard (though now its more like a junkyard), about a dozen buildings with two apartments each upstairs and downstairs, most of them in such disrepair to be deemed unlivable - though it's a popular flophouse for anyone with nowhere else to go.

The corner of Lovejoy and Maenad

The foggy intersection of old Maenad Street and Lovejoy Road is a seedy place known to attract trouble. The broken down overpass is covered with brightly coloured graffiti and overgrown with the gray ivy common to the Outskirts. Any addict looking for a fix of the popular street drug, Winterstar (tears, snowflakes, snow) knows they can find what they need under the bridge at Lovejoy.
